If you want to say a lot of calories, omit the pasta and replace with 2+ cups of shredded lettuce on a plate. I avoid white carbs and have found you can a very satisfying and highly nutritional meal without them. - 7/21/12

  • very good. i used the wheat linguine and thought it was delish. i wanted it to be a little sweeter though so i might mess around with the vinegars. and i used pea pods instead of edamame. whole family enjoyed. - 5/22/08
