Ingredients
Beef - Stew Meat, 40 oz (2.5 lbs) Canned Tomatoes, 1 can (I used petite diced) 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Soup, 23 oz (1 big can) Beef consomme, 1 can (10.5 oz), Bird Eye Steamfresh Mixed Vegetables, 5.28 cup (2 bags)Water (I fill the crock pot up the rest of the way- it makes about a gallon total when it's all done) Lawry's Seasoned Salt, curry powder, red pepper flakes, paprika,--to taste
Directions
Brown the stew meet in a skillet (season to taste if desired). Put browned beef and all other ingredients in crock pot and cook as long as desired (keep in mind it is already fully cooked, so now you can just cook it as long as you want or need). Serve and enjoy!
