Chicken and Dumpling Makeover

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 28 ounces (1.75 lbs)Red Potato, 565 grams (1.25 lbs)Carrots, raw, (.5 lb)Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Garlic, 1 cloveCampbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, 1 can2 cans of waterCelery, raw, 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Sage, ground, 2 tsp Poultry Seasoning - about a teaspoonChicken Seasoning or Chicken Bouillon to tasteSalt and Pepper to tasteHeart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cupMilk, nonfat, .333 cupCornstarch, 2 T
Directions
Combine first set of ingredients in crock pot and allow to cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Mix Cornstarch into about 1/3 of a cup of water, then pour into crock pot mixture and stir well. Mix Bisquick and Milk and drop dumplings on top of mixture, cover and allow to cook for 30 more minutes or until dumplings are cooked through.

Serving Size: Divide equally into 6 servings
