Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Pancake (Gluten Free)

Ingredients
1 cup quick cooking oats1 cup low fat cottage cheese4 eggs1 tsp vanilla extract2 Tbsp honey1/4 tsp cinnamon
Directions
Use a blender or Magic Bullet and process everything together until smooth. Use a 1/4 cup measuring cup to ladle onto griddle sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Flip to brown other side.
