Vegan Carob Cake

Ingredients
4 c flour – 300 g1 c carob – 100 g3 c sugar – 350 g3 t soda3/4 t salt1/2 c oil – 100 ml3 3/4 c warm water- 450 ml1/8 c vinegar
Directions
Preheat the oven to medium high. Oil a large cake pan, or line with baking paper.
Combine the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add the oil and water and mix with a beater or with a handblender until very smooth. The consistency of the batter will be quite liquidy. Add the vinegar and continue to blend. Pour into the cakepan and immediately put it in the oven. Let it bake for about one hour – insert a toothpick or a knife and do not remove from the oven until it tests clean – the toothpick or knife is dry when removed.
