Grandma Bette's Gluten Free Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 cup granulated sugar1 cup unsweetened apple sauce2 eggs slightly beaten4 cups Pamala's Gluten Free Baking and Pancake mix1 tablespoon baking soda1 cup chocolate chips
Directions
measure out 4 cups Pamala's baking mix and add the 1 tble baking powder. Set aside

In large mixing bowl put both sugars and make sure all lumps are smoothed out. Add apple sauce and mix well.
Add eggs. Make sure this is completely mixed
add in chocolate chips.

Lightly oil baking sheets ( or spray with non stick spray)
drop by teaspoons full onto baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 12 minutes.
