1 pound ground pork1/2 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped appleDash of CinnamonDash of Lemon juice3 TBSP of sugar free strawberry jam1 TBSP Olive Oil
1. Brown pork and set aside
2. Saute onion, apple, and red pepper in oil until soft and onions are translucent.
3. Add rest of ingredients
4. Stir in pork
5. Simmer for 5 minutes and serve
