Creamy Polenta

Ingredients
3/4 cup chicken broth1/4 cup 1% milk1/2 cup water1/2 cup uncooked polenta
Directions
Bring broth, milk and water to boil. Add polenta, mix and lower heat to few bubbles. Continue cooking, stir continuously for 10 to 15 minutes, until polenta is creamy and no longer grainy.
