Raspberry Vinagrette (made with raspberry jam)

    This is one of my favorites. I make this with a little variation; Smucker's sugar-free raspberry preserves; mustard powder, red vinegar a little orange extract. The orange extract provides the similar citrus taste that's in Wendy's Pomegrante salad dressing - 8/11/11
