Tex-Mex Taco Dish (no toppings)

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef, lean2 T. homemade taco seasoning1 cup low-sodium fat-free chicken broth1 cup water2 cups minute brown rice1 can black beans1/2 onion, chopped1/2 green pepper, chopped(Toppings you like: not included in nutrition info.)
Directions
Brown meat and onion together. Add taco seasoning, broth and water. Bring mixture to a boil. Add rice and beans. Cover. Simmer on low heat 8-10 min., sirring occasionally. Serve hot with your choice of taco toppings.
