1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil1/3 cup shallots, finely chopped3 tablespoons miso7 quart vegetable stock1/4 cup firm silken tofu, diced3 tablespoons scallions, sliced for garnish
1. Heat the sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the shallots and cook until translucent.
2. Add the miso paste and mix well. Add the vegetable stock and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to tow and
simmer for 15 minutes.
3. To serve, ledle into bowls and garnish each serving with tofu and scallions.
4. If desired, add protein powder just before serving.
