1 whole hothouse cucumber1/2 cup red onion, chopped3 tablespoons fresh dill weed, chopped1 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped1-1/4 cups nonfat plain yogurt1/4 teaspoon salt1/8 teaspoon black pepper1/16 teaspoon cayenne1/4 tablespoon celery seed
Directions
Combine all ingredients and puree with blender. Chill. Garnish with chopped dill or parsley.
