Basic Crock Pot Pork Roast

Ingredients
2 Lb boneless pork roast, visible fat trimmed off8 small potatoes, cut into bite sized pieces1 can (2 Cups) fat free chicken broth3/4 Cup diced onionAbt 1 Tbs Mrs Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning 1 Tbs Olive oil
Directions
Rub Mrs Dash into roast. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Brown roast on all sides, then put into warming crock pot. Put potatoes and onion in skillet with chicken broth. let simmer for a few minutes until potatoes start to become translucent. Pour vegetables over meat. Cook on low for 5-6 hours. Shred meat and serve.
