Kentucky Fried Popcorn Chicken

2 lbs organic Chicken Strips (I buy breast and cut up myself)1/4 cup peanut oil3/4 cup flour1 Tbsp Paprika1 Tbsp Onion Salt1 Tbsp Celery Salt1 Tbsp Garlic Powder1 tsp Chili Powder1 tsp Sweet Basil1 tsp Black Pepper1 tsp Marjoram
* Mix all spices in a container and set aside.
* Cut up Chicken into bit size pieces
* Pour 1 cup of the flour mixture in a Zip-lock bag
* Place Chicken pieces in bag and shake
** Heat frying pan with peanut oil over medium high heat
when the oil is hot enough to fry, place chicken pieces inside and fry until brown. Turn over pieces during cooking to cook both sides.
Serve with Brown Jasmine rice and steamed veggies!
