Ingredients
Lean hamburgerCampbells Onion SoupMinute Rice
Directions
Brown then drain hamburger
Add 3 cans campbells french onion soup to the hamburger.
make 4 cups minute rice (white or wheat)
Pour hamburger mixture over rice.
Serve with broccoli on the side

    Thank you so much your very kind. I used to tell my grandson when he was little it was my special gravy because he did not like onions! Now at 20 he makes it all the time. Again thanks for your nice words.

    I haven't tried this yet, but was hoping to make it tonight. It does not say how much ground beef, so I'm assuming it's one pound. Hope that's right :)

    Oh gosh I thought I put that in. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Yes it is 1 lb. Of course you can double the recipe to feed more people. We love it.
