Chicken Breast Boneless Skinless, 4 oz thinly slicedOnions, raw, .5 cup, choppedCarrots, raw, .5 cup, julienne stripsGarlic, 1 tspCabbage, fresh, .25 cup, shreddedRice Noodles, Thai Kitchen, 7 oz Soy Sauce, .5 cup Brown Sugar, .5 cup, unpacked Hunt's Ketchup, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, .5 tspGarlic powder, .5 tbsp Onion powder, .5 tbsp
make noodles according to directions on package
add soy sauce, sugar, ketchup and dry spices together in bowl. can marinate chicken in sauce if you choose.
when noodles are finished, stir fry chicken, garlic, carrots and onions for about 3 minutes in small amount of sesame oil. add noodles and sauce, toss to coat and warm thoroughly
