Black Bean & Oat Burgers

Ingredients
Can of drained & rinsed black beans (or a little less than 2 cups dried beans cooked)Can of diced tomatoes, well drainedcup of cilantro or parsley1 tsp gr cumin1 clove garlic2 green onions2/3 cu shredded carrots (or about 2 carrots)1 1/3 to 1 3/4 cu rolled oats (try it out to see which texture you like better)
Directions
Chop & grate ingredients into pieces. Throw them in the food processor and pulse until combined.

Make 8 patties and bake on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper on 400 for 20 minutes. Carefully turn patties and bake for 15 more minutes.

Cool & freeze.
