Low carb whole wheat tortilla shells, lowfat turkey bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, eggs, Green, Yellow and Red peppers, Portabello mushrooms, purple onions, spinach, olive oil
chopp all veggies and turkey bacon, lightly brown in skillett in olive oil. Beat three eggs and add to pan, cook until eggs are done. Remove from heat. Roll in whole wheat tortilla shell with added cheese.
