Low Carb Pumpkin & Sausage Soup - 1 cup

Ingredients
HEB Light Pork Sausage, 16 oz.Onions, raw, .1/2 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 clove Basil, 1/2 tbspOregano, ground, 1/2 tbsp Pumpkin, canned, 2 cup Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream, 1/2 cup, Sour Cream, reduced fat, 1/2 cup Water, 1/2 cup
Directions
Over meduim heat brown the sausage breaking into small bits. Drain fat. Add the onion, garlic,and Italian seasonings and saute until vegetables are cooked.

Add the canned pumkin and the broth, stirring to mix well. Cook at a low simmer for 20-30 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in heavy cream, sour cream and water.
