Ground Chicken Picadillo

Ingredients
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove) Salt, 1 tbsp (remove) Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove) Perdue Ground chicken, 16 oz (remove) Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)Spanish Olives w/pimento - 2 Olives, 3 serving (remove)Cummin Powder, 1 tbsp (remove)*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.5 cup (remove)*Onion powder, 1 tbsp (remove)Pepper, red or cayenne, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions

Serving Size: 11/2 cups,  makes about 4 servings

Dice onions and peppers

Warm up olive oil on skillet. On medium heat brown ground chicken, remove chicken, add onions and peppers and cook until translucent and fragrant, add chicken back to skillet. Add can of diced tomato to skillet and simmer for 20 minutes, add olives and cook for 2 more mintues.
