Ingredients
Beef liver, 1 1/2 lbOnions, raw, 2 medium Shallots, 4 tbsp choppedCarrots, raw, 3 medium Celery, raw, 3 stalk, medium)*Potato, raw, 5 medium Coconut Oil, 1 tbsp Collards, 2 cup, chopped Parsley, 1 cup Any other seasonings/herbs/spices. (bay leaf, rosemary, thyme, etc.)
Directions
Sweat onions, add liver, add potato, simmer about two hours.
