Nightshade Free Chili

Ingredients
-1 can black beans -1 can kidney beans-2 cans chicken stock or broth (note: Progresso broth uses Green Peppers)-2 tbsp canola oil-1 small onion, chopped-6 cloves of garlic, diced-2 large carrots, chopped-1 celery stalk, chopped-1 tbsp turmeric-1 tbsp cumin-1/2 tsp ground clove-1/2 tsp coriander-salt & pepper to taste-1 lb meat (I use grass fed ground beef)
Directions
Brown your beef in the vegetable oil, then add the veggies and sautee until onions are translucent. Add the remaining ingredients into a crock pot or dutch oven and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours.

    I'm totally in love with this chili! I was wondering how I was going to make it through the long winter without it. Not quite the same without tomatoes and peppers but that's the point. Wonderful touch with the ground clove. - 9/20/12
