8 oz. ham, cubed1 med. yellow onion, diced large1 tbsp. butter4 tbsp. low fat sour cream6 oz. 2% fat sharp cheddar cheese2 servings Quinoa pasta
Saute ham, garlic & onions gently in butter.
Add ham.
Prepare pasta meanwhile.
Finally, add cheese and sour cream.
Mix well and serve over pasta.
