Banana Bread (eggless)

Ingredients
Banana, fresh, 4Splenda sweetener, 3/4 cup Vanilla Essence, 1/2 tspMargarine or butter 1/3 cup (melted)All-purpose flour 1.5 cupsBaking Soda, 1 tspBaking Powder, 1 tspWalnuts, chopped 1/3Salt, 1 pinch
Directions
Serving Size: 12

Mix all dry ingredients together.

Mash bananas, add sweetener (sugar) and vanilla, mix. Add melted margarine. Mix dry ingredients with wet, do not over beat.

Place mixture into prepared muffin cups and cook at 375 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes.

Cool on rack. Store in airtight container.
