Ingredients
About 2 lb beef brisket1 can Diced tomatoes no salt1 medium onion sliced thinly4 garlic cloves sliced thinly4 or 5 sprigs fresh thyme (you can use dried, or you can use Basil, oregano, any herb you prefer)salt and pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker, I put the tomatoes and onions on top of the meat. Turn on low and cook for about 6 or 7 hours or until tender.
