Low Fat New York Style Cheesecake

1 Graham cracker crust3 packages (8 oz) of fat free cream cheese, softened3/4 cup sugar2 eggs2 tbsp cornstarch1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup red fat sour cream
**Please note cheesecake should be made 1 day in advance**
Beat cream cheese and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs, cornstarch, and vanilla.
Add sour cream and mix well.
Pour mixture into crust and bake at 325 degrees for ~50 minutes (until cheesecake is set).
Turn oven off and cool cheesecake in over with door ajar for 3 hrs.
**Refrigerate overnight.
