Lizzy Potato Salad w/Hellman's Light

Ingredients
2 Tbsp salt5 lbs. 5 oz. potatoes cubed8-10 medium ribs celery chopped [195 grams]1 med to large sweet onion chopped [170 grams]15 hard boiled eggs2 1/2 cups Hellman's light mayonnaiseGarlic powder to tasteBlack pepper to taste
Directions
Boil eggs for 15 minutes and run under cold water
Peel potatoes, cube, and boil with salt till tender then drain
Put chopped onion and celery in large bowl and cover with hot potatoes.
Peel and chop/slice eggs over top of potatoes
Add mayo, garlic powder, and pepper
Mix well and enjoy while still warm or cold

I usually use Hellman's Real Mayo but in the interest of cutting calories I have started using light mayo. I prefer the Real Mayo.
