1 7/8 cup water1/3 cup canola oil3 TB honey (or agave nectar for vegans)3 TB molasses3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour1/2 cup bran1/2 cup wheat germ1/2 cup flax meal1/4 cup nutritional yeast2 TB sesame seeds2 TB flax seeds2 TB sunflower seeds2 TB pumpkin seeds (pepitas)1 tsp salt2 TB vital wheat gluten1 TB SAF or bread machine yeast
Put all ingredients into a bread maker in the order listed, and set cycle to "whole wheat." Follow manufacturer's instructions.
When bread is done, remove from pan and let cool thoroughly. Slice the entire loaf in half lengthwise, then slice each half-loaf into about 14 slices.
