Spicy Vegetarian Chicken Tacos (Not including Shell or Toppings)

Ingredients
! package Morning Star Farms Meal Starters Chik'n Strips1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil1 Can Goya Black Beans1 package of SteamFresh Frozen Corn1 package of Ortega Hot & Spicy Taco Seasoning Mix4 tablespoons of Medium SalsaChoose Shell or Tortilla. Add Mexican Cheese, Sour Cream, etc if desired.
Directions
Microwave frozen corn according to directions.

Over Medium High heat, start warming chik'n strips in a tablespoon of vegetable oil. Once they have started to heat up, add beans, salsa and taco seasoning mix and stir until well-mixed.

Add cooked corn and stir. Add 1/2 cup of water if corn doesn't have any moisture. Heat until everything is evenly warm (about 5 mins)

Serve in your favorite shell. Use 1/2 cup per shell (if small) Add Cheese, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Sour Cream as desired.

Serving Size: Makes 14 Small Tacos. 1/2 cup per taco. serving size= 2 tacos
