Mix together :1 Tbsp Yeast1 Cup warm waterAdd and mix together:1 Tsp salt1 Tsp sugar2 Tbsp canola oil2 1/2 cup Flour Let rise for 5 minutes then spread on a large (11x 14) baking sheet.Spread ragu spaghetti sauce on top, I use half of a quart jar size.( 700 ML) About 2 cups.Add toppings of your choice, and add mozzerella cheese.Season with italian seasoning and garlic salt.Bake at 375 for 20 minutes.
