Low Calorie Stuffed Mutlicoloured Peppers

Ingredients
1 pound of ground chicken2 cups onion chopped2 cups mushrooms chopped1 cup salsa1 6 0z can of tomato pasteto taste:cayenne pepperchili powdercracked black pepperdijon mustard
Directions
-brown the meat then sweat the onions and mushrooms
-steam the peppers for 3-4 minutes in pampered chef steamer
-soak Sshirataki noodles in water for one hour then cook for 2-3 minutes in boiling water and drain
-add spices and everything all together in a bowl and mix
-stuff each pepper with the mixture eqally
-cover with tin foil in deep baking dish and cook for 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees
-take out and add laughing cow cheese on top and put back in the oven for a minute so it can melt
