Buffalo Wing Dip

6 oz Tyson fajita chicken strips8 oz low fat cream cheese1/3 cup blue cheese salad dressing3 tablespoons Texas Pete hot sauceNOTE: You can substitute 10 oz canned chicken (drained) for the fajita strips. Ranch dressing may be substituted for the blue cheese dressing if desired.
Mix by hand softened cream cheese with blue cheese salad dressing and hot sauce until well blended. Stir in chicken pieces. Note: you may have to cut the larger pieces of chicken into bite size portions.
Put mixture into a 1 quart casserole that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Even better re-heated--just add a little more dressing and hot sauce.
Serve with pretzel crisps and celery sticks. Enjoy!
