Pizza - Traditional

Ingredients
4 1/2 cups white flour1 Tbl. yeast, bakers1 1/2 tsp. salt2 tbsp canola oil1 1/2 cup waterTomato SauceItalian Spices16 oz Mozzarella Cheese
Directions
Mix flour, yeast, salt, oil and water. Knead for a few minutes. Let rise for 10-30 min. Cut in half and roll into pies depending on the size of the pan.

Cook at 450* for 20 min. Let rest 5 minutes before cutting.
