Ingredients
1 egg1/2 C Brown Sugar1/2 C White Sugar1/2 C Butter3/4 C Peanut Butter1 tsp Baking Soda1 tsp Vanilla2 Cups oat flakes (gluten free)
Directions
Put all ingredients in bowl of a heavy-duty mixer and beat until well mixed.

Drop by teaspoon onto cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 15 minutes. Let set for a couple minutes before removing from pan
