soya granules (50g),tomato fresh pureed(350g),pav bhaji masala-1tbsp,olive oil-0.66tbspgreen chilli 1,garlic clove 1, ginger .5 inch -pastesalt as per your tastecilantro- 2tbsp
Heat oil. Saute the paste. add fresh tomato puree. Add pav bhaji masala. Add salt. Let it simmer for 10'. Add milk powder.
Add soya granules. Let it cook for anoyher 10'. Garnish with cilantro. Serve hot with bread.
