squash and green tomatoes

Ingredients
4 small summer squash3 medium tomatoes1 medium onion1 tbs. dried parsleysalt and peper to taste1 tsp virgin olive oil
Directions
cut into 1/2 chunks andmix vegetables and oil together. add parsley , salt and pepper.
cook at 350 for 40 mins.
