Turkey and Beef Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

I package Honeysuckle Ground Turkey (1.2lbs)1lbs of 80/20 ground beef3/4 cup grated Mozzarella Cheese part skim milk1 cup Garlic and Herb Bread Crumbs
Combine all ingredient but the mozzarella in a bowl mix well.
Using a 4oz ice cream scoop measure out 10 balls then half them. Flatten each ball then add a teaspoon of mozzarella to each meatball, Seal up around cheese.
Bake at 300 for 45 minutes in oven.
Serving Size: makes 10 2oz meatball servings
