1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract1/4 Cup Milk, 2%10 Tbsp butter, softened5 Cups Powdered Sugar1/2 Cup Marshmallow creamFine Salt, pinch
Whisk vanilla and milk together in small bowl. Cream butter and sugar together (one cup at a time), then beat with mixer on high until light and fluffy (about 5 - 7 minutes), being sure to stop a few times and use a spatula to scrape down sides of bowl. Add marshmallow cream and a pinch of fine salt and beat for another 2-3 minutes until incorporated. Add milk mixture and beat until combined. Then turn mixer on high and beat for another 5 minutes until creamy and fluffy.
