2 Cups Carbolose (low Carb Flour)1 Cup Barley Flour4 Teaspoons Baking Soda1.5 Teaspoons Cinnamon1 Teaspoon Nutmeg1/4 Teaspoon Cloves1/4 Teaspoon Allspice15 Ounces Pumpkin.5 teaspoon salt1/4 Cup Canola Oil2 1/4 Cups Splenda4 Large Eggs beaten3/4 Cup ApplesauceTopping1 Tablespoon Flour5 Tablespoons Brown Sugar Splenda1 Teaspoon Cinnamon1 Tablespoon Soft ButterMix topping until crumbly
Heat Oven to 350
Pam 2 9 X 5 Loaf pans
Sift dry ingredients
Wisk together Pumpkin, Oil, Applesauce, Eggs Add Splenda/Flour Mixture.
Put in 2 pans - sprinkle topping and bake for 50 to 60 min Cool 15 Min Eat warm
If regular flour is used in place of the carbolose, then reduce the baking soda by 1/2
