Garlic Couscous with Beans and Veggies

Lundberg Roasted Brown Rice CouscousBlack BeansA Handful of Spinach1/4 of a Yellow Pepper5 Cherry Tomatoes3 Scallions1 Tbsp OilGarlic PowderRosemaryOnion PowderSpanish PaprikaSalt & Pepper
1. Follow the directions on the box to make the couscous. {I sprinkled a little bit of garlic powder in the water as it started to boil}
2. While the couscous is cooking {which takes about 15 minutes or so}, chop up the scallions, yellow pepper, and tomatoes.
3. Saute the Vegetables in the oil, adding the spices for flavor.
4. Prepare the Spinach
5. Mix it all together in a bowl and enjoy!
