Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

4 - 5 oz tilapia fillets8 oz linguini noodles1 cup Panko bread crumbs1 cup Parmesan cheese10 oz alfredo sauce
Preheat oven to 425.
Spray 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a small bowl mix the panko bread crumbs and 1 cup parmesan cheese to make the crust. Set aside.
Brush tilapia fillets with alfredo sauce and then cover with "crust mixture." Place in the baking dish.
Bake on top rack for 15-20 minutes.
While tilapia is baking, cook and drain the noodles. Then pour the remaining alfredo sauce over the noodles.
Serve tilapia over linguini noodles. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if desired.
