Turkey Salad

Ingredients
I used skinless thigh and leg meat that I ground up. I added 6 fresh green onions and a little salt and pepper to the meat and then added mayo. Tastes great and would work on bread or perhaps a rice cake. 48 Tbsp equals 3 cups.
Directions
Refrigerate after preparation.
