Ingredients
2 cups self rising corn meal1 cup self rising flour1 large egg1 cup fat free milk1 cup 1% milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 425. Spray 12" cast iron skillet with non-stick spray and set into oven to heat. Measure corn meal & flour in to bowl. Add egg and milks. Mix well. Take skillet out of oven and pour batter into heated skillet. Bake for 30 minutes.
