Apple Plum Butter (slow cooker)

8 Apples 3 Plums1/4 cup Brown Sugar1/2 cup Water1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice1/2 cup chopped dates
1. Peal and core apples and plums and cut into 1/2 to 1 inch pieces and add to slow cooker
2. Add all remaining ingredients stir and set to low for 6-8 hours.
3. Let cool slightly and place in blender until desired consistency is reached.
Enjoy over crackers, toast or whatever you prefer =) Store in the fridge or freezer
Serving Size: Yeilds 3 cups with 48 1 tablespoon servings
