Vegetarian Spagetti Sauce

Ingredients
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil8-9 cups medium tomatoes, peeled1/4 minced garlic1 1/2 cups, diced celery1 cup, diced carrots3/4 cup, diced onionsalt & pepper to taste1 Tbsp, crushed red pepper1 Tbsp, Italian seasoning1 pkg, McCormick Thick & Zesty Spaghetti sauce mix1/4 cup red wine1 - 6oz can tomato paste3 cups water
Directions
Finely chop, celery, onion, and carrots. Heat a large pot with 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil. Chop tomatoes and add all ingredients to a large pot. Add red wine, seasonings, 1 can tomato paste and 1 package McCormick Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Sauce Mix; then add 3 cups water. Cook until tomatoes have broken up and sauce has reached desired consistency. You may puree, if need.
