Tofu Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
Tofu, soft, 52 grams Flour, white, 1 cup Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Vanilla Extract, .5 tbsp Baking Soda, 1 tspCanola Oil, 1 tbspEgg, fresh, 2 large Oil Spray total 21..Spray before each pancake
Directions
Mix together all ingredients in food processor.

Cook on medium high griddle for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Serve warm with honey or a fruit sauce made with fresh berries mixed with honey. ( Recipie does not include calories for teh honey or teh berry souce)
