Pork Stir-Fry

5 Oz of pork loin no fat1/2 of a medium green pepper1/2 of a medium red pepper1 stock of celery1 medium onion1 cup of uncooked brown rice2 1/2 cups of cold water2 Tbls of corn starch1 oz of oyster sauce1 oz od soy sauce
2 1/2 cups of cold water, add 1 cup of uncooked brown rice cover and cook in microwave for 20 minutes at power level 8 when finished let stand for 10 minutes with cover on. While this is cooking cut all of the rest of the ingredientsinto pieces and set aside. Cut pork into very thin pieces and cook at medium heat until pink is gone ( add 1 tbls of oil in pan ). When meat is done take out of pan and set aside, add another tbls of oil and cool all vegetables ( steamed broccolli is very good to add as well ).While the vegetables is cooking put 2 1/2 cups of hot water into a sauce pan and bring to a boil adding 1 chicken bulion cube, to tis add soy sauce and oyster sauce to taste, thicken with the corn starch. Put all of the stir fry together and add sauce. Makes 4 servings. Eat and Enjoy.
