Ingredients
Ingredients:Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces ( 2 c. cooked chicken breast)White Rice, long grain, 1 cup cooked*Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1 can*Green Giant Mexicorn, 1 can*Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free),1 can *Lawry's Taco Seasoning, 2 tsp (remove)Tortilla Chips, 1 oz Cheddar Cheese, 1.25 cup, shredded
Directions
combine cooked chicken, rice, soup, tomatoes, corn, seasoning and 1 cup cheese, bake at 350F Cover and bake 1 hr. Top with chips and remaining chesse and bake 1o mins or untill cheese is melted.

Serving Size: Divide in 5ths
