McCormick Recipe Inspirations spice packet includes:2 t. paprika1 t. minced garlic1 t. garam masala1/2 t. ground cumin1/2 t. crushed red pepper2 T. brummel and brown yogurt butter1 1/2 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes1 medium onion, chopped (1 cup)2 T. lemon juice1 can diced tomatoes, undrained (I used Rotel)1/3 cup heavy cream (I used .75 cups half and half)1 T. cornstarch1/2 t. salt
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, onion and lemon juice; cook and stir 10 min or until chicken is no longer pink. Add all of the spices in the McCormick Recipe Inspirations packet except red pepper.; cook and stir 1 minute.
Stir in tomatoes until well mixed. Stir cream into cornstarch and salt until smooth. Gradually stir into skillet. Stir in red pepper to taste, if desired. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; stirring frequently, simmer 5 min or until slightly thickened.
Serve with cooked rice or naan bread, if desired.
