toor dal(100g)fenugreek leaves(100g)pumpkin(100g)ghee-1cpaprika-optchillies-optgarlic cloves-1 sliced
wash pumpkin.slice into bite size pieces. Clean fenugreek leaves by putting them in water, till u see no mud particles in water.Drain the leaves. Put toor dal, fenugreek leaves, pumpkin into pressure cooker. Pressure cook dal for 10'.Heat ghee in utensil,add chillies,garlic etc. saute till garlic aroma comes out. Mash dal ,pumpkin, fenugreek leaves. add to the utensil. season with salt.let it simmer for a while.
